Junction
The
new High Prairie trail traverses steep cinder slopes on the west
face of Lookout Mountain, and soon joins the Divide Trail as
the Badger Creek valley comes into view. From here, the views
expand expand to include the Badger Creek Wilderness, to the
south, and the string of High Cascade peaks stretching south
to Mount Jefferson and the Three Sisters.
